The Duhallow Way is 68kms starting in Shrone, Co. Kerry and finishing in Bweeng, Co. Cork
Stage 1 (Shrone to Millstreet – 22 km)

Starting at Shrone Church the trails follows country roads, then goes along by the base of the magnificent Pap mountains. This stage is almost entirely off road as the trail crosses bogs, mountain streams, moorland, passes lakes as it traverses the lowlands of the Pap and Claragh mountains with stunning remote scenery up and down the valleys leading to the pretty town of Millstreet.
Stage 2 (Boggeragh Wind Farm to Millstreet – 24 km)

This section starts with spectacular views over North West Cork as the trail begins with a downhill section through the woods. The route then continues to the base of the Musheramore peak in the Boggeragh Mountains. The trail then follows quite country roads back to Millstreet passing the ancient Knocknakilla Stone Circle erected in the Bronze Age (1600-800BC).
Stage 3 (Boggeragh to Bweeng – 22 km)

This stage once again sets off from Boggeragh Wind Farm overlooking North Cork skirting between the mountain lowland and numerous forest tracks as the route meanders its way to the quite village of Bweeng to complete another National Waymarked Trail and another section of the E8 Coast to Coast walk in Ireland.
