The Glen of Aherlow has a maze of walks with spectacular scenery of the Galtee Mountains. This loop will start at the Christ the King Trail Head following the Ballyhoura Way (89km National Waymarked Trail from St.John’s Bridge to Limerick Junction) towards Rock an Thorabh to give wonderful views into Tipperary Town and towards the Silvermines and Keeper Hill.The trail will continue through forest tracks and a small bit of road back to the trailhead.
